Now he's reading an email forwarded from the producer from someone who may be from around here . . .
Patterson seems very confused about the purpose of the Tara Browne morph . . .
He refers to the Doris Day pictures as a morph, says "Rock Hudson would know the difference" -- I believe their first work together was Pillow Talk.
He buys that Chapman was a lone nut. . .
Harrison attacker stuff.
Badfinger - Patterson says Harrison not McCartney produced them.
Brian Jones' death "is a mystery"

Final thought -- except to those listeners who seek out Uberkinder's site, the net effect of the program was misinformation. This largely seems to be the point of the Coast to Coast show, mixing good information with bad.
And Patterson is an ill-informed ass. Uberkinder, Paul Bearer or, at the risk of forsaking my reputation for modesty, even I could have ripped him a new one if this was set up as a point-counterpoint. (I'd say Sun King too, of course, if not for the language barrier!)

That Lennon quote, according to a caller, was from a crica 1966 Rolling Stone interview. We should see if we can track that down.

;D Thank you all for allowing me to hear what I missed. Crying, screaming at the radio. I'm HOME ;D If I could've been conscious during the broadcast, I would've done the same thing. Does anyone remember the name on the e-mail It wasn't Christine something was it I wish they would've read my e-mail on the air !!!! Anyway, lets see where we go from here. Personally, I think we all should e-mail Coast to Coast today & rip them a new one !!!! All we need is love & THE TRUTH !!! Chris

I'm only just back online...and to answer your question Uberkinder, I'm in Northern California (Santa Rosa).
I tried calling the station when they were presenting dead air, but to no avail - circuits busy. So I sent off an email marked URGENT to the station manager, and urged them to stick with the predetermined programming. They, of course did not reply, but after about 10 more minutes of Larry King Live (!), they did finally broadcast C2C.
The show, as most have said here, was a complete crock. Patterson comes off as an amiable guy with a penchant for a good joke...which is a great type of person to spread disinformation.
The whole idea of asking "Paul" about the clues and rumours is amazing to me; if he's Paul, of course he'd tell the world the clues were for the band's amusement, because if he really was Paul that would be true. But if he's NOT Paul, then of course he's going to be a dutiful imposter and act Paul's part. This is always one of the weakest "proofs" that the debunkers use.
Anyway, the site has been promoted and some people will find their minds opened once they look. Others will not be moved no matter what.
Thanks for the rant, Onlooker

I've been following this discussion for a while now.
I noticed on the program last night they cleverly dismissed your site by first praising it then debunking it with a proffesional "opinion" that essentialy said nothing.
I missed the end. Did they mention mind control at all?

I considered calling in, but when I made note of the numbers, the host also said the phones were jammed, so I didn't bother. . .
