Everything is against Faul, he should really tell the truth. I think the whole world should remember the great man Paul McCartney was.

if 60IF really happened i wish people would stop revering john like some superhero and cuddling george and ringo like two little stuffed animals; they were just three flipping narcisist A-holes who went along with something obscene and grotesque. if 60IF is true, then the beatles can kiss my ass. they didn't care about distraught fans by replacing mccartney; they sold out in the worst way for THEMSELVES and in my book they lose loads of respect for doing it. whereas once i used to regard them as counter-culture icons, i'm now forced to reappraise them in light of all this new evidence. LOL....counter culture icons? sadly, 60IF portrays them as little more than pawns of the establishment....with not much more autonomy than those beatle dolls they used to sell back in the 60's.

Victor, now I think that White Album Poster is: THE MOST REVOLUTIONARY DOCUMENT of the XX century. John (with George and Ringo) provided us THE EVIDENCE of the "so called Illuminati" power and WHAT they ARE ABLE TO DO. James Paul, John Winston, George and Richard [glow=red,2,300]FOREVER![/glow]

Well, all I can say is that if Faul is reading this, he better listen up. His time is short. You can fool us. You can pretend. But it's not Linda whose going to greet you when you die. It's going to be the man who you stabbed in the back. Who you took the name away from & everything he ever accomplished. Against his will. You took everything away from him. He knows who you are Billy. One day, he's going to catch up with you. I don't want to be you that day... Enuf said... Chris

["tell me something victor, if the people you cared about were threatened, what would you do?"]
i would adapt. i live in brooklyn, a place that is anything but an oasis of security. i don't buy the "poor little beatles, their lives were threatened" angle.
think of places like israel, where people constantly deal with being blown to bits; think of our young soldiers in iraq, wondering which one of them is going to be the next statistic.... do you get my drift?
the beatles were "threatened" ? they were in more danger at some of their concerts. it wasn't fear that kept them quiet, it was being full of it.
of course, the whole P.I.D. thing could be an enormous crock of doo doo, but if it ain't, i remind you of my original point- DON'T PITY THOSE THREE GUYS....there are a lot of people who deserve that more than they did.

i wish people would stop revering john like some superhero John holds a special place within many of us - he touched many of our hearts significantly over the years, with his wonderful, meaningful lyrics, his art and his "bed-in" protests for peace.... he just wanted to give peace a chance....so in a way I guess he was a superhero... Just my opinion..... ;D ;D

.... i remind you of my original point- DON'T PITY THOSE THREE GUYS.... I think most people here feel sympathy for them as human beings (Beatles are people too ;D); sympathy for someone who lost a friend tragically and young. It's always sad when something like that happens. Life is fragile and too brief.

they should have made a video telling the whole truth, and dared the conspiracy to get them. it would have been the undoing of the whole establishment if they were killed.
"nothing is beatleproof"
correction. nothing WAS.

You have no right to insult the memory of John Lennon. You have no feeling, compassion, or understanding of what John Lennon was about as a person. He made the greatest contributions to music, society, modern culture, and social awareness. John Lennon gave a sh*t so much about PITIFUL PEOPLE LIKE YOU that he earned himself an FBI surveilance file THOUSANDS of pages long. He earned himself 5 bullets in the back because he was a symbol of what people SHOULD ASPIRE TO BE BUT CANNOT RISE TO IT. THIS MAN WAS LOVED BY PEOPLE WHO WOULD NEVER MEET HIM. CAN YOU SAY THE SAME ABOUT YOURSELF? You have NO F*cking idea what you are talking about. You should be ashamed of your lack of intelligence and superficial unawareness.

the man who exclaimed, "all i want is the truth, just give me some truth" would know why i wrote those words...
I DON'T WANT CLUES from lennon, ian, i want truth. the song dosen't say "just give me some half-assed, beat around the bush B.S. about paul", ian. it dosen't say "all i want is watered-down, vague references to paul", ian.
it says "just give the TRUTH", ian. DID lennon give us the truth ian?
NO.
by the way, do you think the fact that lennon almost blugeoned someone to death at a party might have raised a few eyebrows in our government? do you think his being a violent wifebeating s.o.b. BY HIS OWN ADMISSION merited a little scrutiny by our authorities?

I've not heard about this before...I have stated repeatedly that I do not know "Beatle history / personal lives" very well; this story might be old news to many of the regulars here but I would like to know more.

i was trying to inform ian about that [fairly well-known] incident, as he seems to think i condemn john for having faults and making mistakes....
in 1964 there was a local british rumor that john and brian E. had slept together, or at least stayed in the same bed together. and then a short time later at paul's party, a guy publicly called john a queer. lennon freaked and whacked him over the head with something (a shovel or some other nasty object), causing the guy to drop to the floor.
then john had to be restrained from hitting him again. i would ask the lennon apologist IAN what kind of "real man" would whack a motionless defenseless person over the head again after RENDERING them helpless.... please understand, XPT, that i do think highly of lennon OVERALL but that one cannot overlook or sugar-coat certain things.... and yes i apply that to myself too, NOT just dead music legends.
well anyway the incident was hushed up then, and lennon settled out of court with the guy he hit.
to his credit lennon was totally honest about the fact that the incident took place, attributing it to the fact he was "in so much PAIN". and all of THAT brings us to here and now....
i am still trying to understand how the beatles would just go along with something as mindblowing as a con job on the whole world. was it really FEAR [the old standby....]? sometimes i question the truth of paul's death itself, because the whole thing is just so frigging bananas.
