(This would be sad if true. Frankly, I always thought much of Wilson's breakdown was due to the Beatles Paul-less success.
Also, I was expecting Sir Mick to help out Sir FAUL on his next 'solo' album. - TI)www.elitestv.com/pub/2004/Sep/EEN413dd1d095989.htmlMcCartney and Wilson Unite for New AlbumRock legends billy McCARTNEY and BRIAN WILSON are joining forces to record a new album together. The pair decided to create a new LP after the former BEATLE assisted ex-BEACH BOY Wilson on his upcoming solo album GETTIN' IN OVER MY HEAD. Wilson, who recently wrapped up his British tour, says, 'I'll make a rock'n'roll album with Paul. That's going to happen next year (05).' And the American rocker is thrilled: 'Paul is way out there. He's a complete original.' (IG/WNTEX/GES)

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D
I just love the way Brian Wilson said that billy is a COMPLETE ORIGINAL !
As Grover says in Cinder Elmo, " Now THAT is a royal mouthful ! "
He's a complete original because I doubt there is anything left of who he used to be !
About him being " Way out there", does that sound like a compliment to you ?!

Can hardly wait for the new lyrics. Don't you think there's just gotta be a clue or two pertaining to the last couple of years?

Maybe Sir Mick and billy had Fauling out.
I truly love Wilson's comeback. Another fine example of double entendre. So Sir Faul would feel impotent...er, sorry....important and have his head in the clouds and miss the real statement or any clues.

So Wilson's upcoming album is called Getting In Over My Head. Probably worth checking out the lyrics on that one as well.

An excellent idea, PB. Guess I will have to buy it just to see what Brian Wilson has to say in his lyrics. Wonder if there will be many double entendres? Or will Faul notice them and nix their being allowed?

Consider: What is the likelyhood the first Faul/Brian Wilson collaboration was a little ditty called "Back in the USSR?"
Maybe Sir Mick and billy had Fauling out.
Perhaps Richards told Jagger he would walk from the act if he propped up the disgraceful Faul artifice. Richards was not happy with the knighthood.

Premeiring on Showtime in a few mintues and sure to be replayed is a documentary on Wilson's SMILE...
He's suspposed to talk some about Pepper & the Beatles.
Recall that Wilson had his breakdown and abandoned SMILE at about the same time FAUL showed up with a tracks from Pepper...
Anyone with showtime (not I) should check this out and hopefully report back to the forum.
