How did they coach Faul to answer questions about the Hamburg days? I know their punk days were buried for publicity purposes but surley someone back from the old days,(Astrid, Klaus)? would sniff ol Bill out when he couldnt remeber anything at all about anything, at least not the intimate details that only JP would know, about the Reeperbahn, the Casbah and Mona Best, the fire at the kino club, georges deportation, Stu, etc etc. What could he say, the Prellies made him addled??? He either had some serious coaching or avoided the subject all together when he was in a position he might not be able to bluff his way thru.

how "intimate" were these details and how much would FAUL have to memorize to be able to furnish them??

Ilan, some of them have been written about in books about James Paul and even mentioned in detail in "The Many Lives of John Lennon". So he can read up and compare what was said here to what was said there. He also tried to re-write history. As a Beatlesaurous, I listen to The Beatle Brunch on Sundays in my hometown. I have heard Bill out and out lie about something Paul did. He sometimes totally creates something that never happened. His accent is all wrong, too. If you ever get a chance to listen to Paul's voice, compare them and you'll see Bill's accent is not at all like Paul's. One incident that Bill has created was how the song "Michelle" came to be. His version never ever happened. Besides, the Brits didn't like the French and referred to them as Frogs. If you haven't heard this story and the accent is on STORY as in tall tale, let me know and I will relate it to you. Also George Martin no doubt heard The Beatles talking about the past and could pass on info to Bill. Another source for Bill would be Ringo who had heard many of the stories and then Ringo can relate the Beatlemania days since he was there. Isn't it amazing that Ringo is the only Beatle still alive and kicking? ? Wonder why? Also Ringo was in Hamburg with Rory Storm and the Hurricanes And before the deaths of the others, maybe they were told to give Bill certain facts. Of course, Bill got a little big for his britches. Also Bill should write fictional stories because he sure can make up some good ones ;D Again, a warm welcome!

Hi Sister Mary!
I have posted in the past & even started a thread or two in my day.
Just wanted to reply to your comment on how funny it is that Ringo is the only living Beatle left.
As much as I hate to think about it, there probably is something to the fact that Richard Starkey changed his name to RINGO STARR.
If I'm not mistaken, Total Information had a thread in the past about the name ringo starr being a reference to a PENTAGRAM.
As unfortunate as this sounds, Ringo was probably some type of plant in all this. The whole Beatle scenario wasn't even about the music.
It was a mind control event from the very beginning. The boys just didn't know it.
And by the way, it isn't so far fetched to imagine William maybe even around The Beatles at this time.
Remember, he did author that paperback & even some stories for The Beatles' fan club magazine pre- his Faul days.
Even Faul's musical background is no mystery anymore. We know about his William & The Pepperpots background and possible relation to George Martin.
I've got to get back to work, but definitely wanted to let everyone know that lots of people are beginning to find out the truth now.
Until later! Sam

Thank you and sorry to be so slow in responding. Never enough hours in a day. We could use 8 Days a Week!!!
Bill says they used to go to museum and he would dress like a Frenchmen in black jean and black turtle neck and strum his acoustic guitar. He thought it a way to pick up girls because they'd think he was a Frenchman! So when they needed another song for the album, John said sing that French thing you used to do.
Paul could have cared less about going to museums and would not have hung out at one and would never have pretended to be a "frog". Paul could pick up girls just about anywhere! There is a certain amount of animosity between the English and the French. Michelle was Paul's song, but had nothing to do with hanging out at museums!

It wouldn't surprise me to know that Ringo changed his name to Starr to represent the pentagram. He has always been under George Martin's employ. Paul liked Pete's drumming better as did the others, but George Martin said Pete had to go. Thereby, releasing an "insider" into the Beatles and their lives.
Doesn't it strike you as odd, Madtitan, that Ringo is always wearing sunglasses? Are his eyes showing constant fright or fear or guilt or all of the above? When did we last see Ringo's eyes?
I wonder if having Bill around to author the paperback and mag monthlies was a way of wedging him in the door in case they needed him? Does make a person wonder.

That certainly is interesting. A pentragram is basically a star in a circle (ring) ... that's pretty interesting.... is there an "official" explanation for when and why he changed his name?

Could you tell me what some of the other Hurricane names were?
I never noticed Ringo wearing a lot of rings...
Anyone see that movie "Backbeat" about the Beatles in Hamburg?
