Opening sentence to the article quoted above:
"The Beatles were satanists that had made a pact with the devil, and the bill had to be paid to the coven. "
Now let's see....
"The Beatles were satanists that had made a pact with the devil...." What, Bob Dylan wasn't enough?
"...and the bill had to be paid to the coven".
Coven? I thought the deal was with the devil.
What coven? Aren't covens groups of witches?
Oh I see! The person that wrote this article is associating the devil with witches. Guilt by association; always a hallmark of excellence in journalism.
Next sentence:
"Every band that has made a pact with satan has had a member die. Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Beatles, etc."
Well, now we are to assume that the Rolling Stones and Led Zepellin made pacts with satan. And you all know what happens when you 'ASS=U+Me' things. And what about Paul Revere and the Raiders?
Moving right along:
"The Beatles' album was dedicated to satanist Aleister Crowley. It was released 20 years, nearly to the day, after Crowley's death in 1947. The title song with the lyrics, "It was twenty years ago today..."
What was this guy smoking?
Then the quote above: "Lennon ‘went berserk, hurling a chair out the window, smashing mirrors, heaving a TV against the wall, and screaming
nonsense about film director Roman Polanski being to blame’ .
Well here's an interesting tidbit:
"Weeks before Lennon's death, on his latest album there was a song by Yoko Ono titled Kiss Kiss Kiss. When played backwards one can hear Yoko say, 'I shot John Lennon.' "
Can someone post a link to that? Oh, wait, TPIMaster already did:
members.lycos.nl/beatlepalooza/KissKissKiss2.mp3It's interesting that she said that when she hadn't done it yet!
The article goes on to list some amazing coincidences like:
"-Roman Polanski had done a prior movie called, Knife in the Water 1962
-George Harrison attacked by man with knife."
Gawlee!
Well, I know we're coming up on Halloween, and we could all use a good ghost story, but this one
just doesn't cut it.
