I'm new to the boards so I might have missed this somewhere, but I was looking at the cover of the "Paul is Live" CD. As you will see, he has duplicated the famous crosswalk on " Abby Road". One thing he left off the CD cover is the black coroner van. Now why would "Paul" go to all the trouble to recreate the exact picture, but remove the Coroner Van? If he, (Faul) is alive he would have no need to show it. "Here's another clue for you all"? products.priceclash.co.uk/images/nodrop/180/B000002TNI/music/paul-is-live.jpg[/img]

I ain't no expert on this matters, but I can venture that Faul wanted to "satirize" the Paul-is-dead rumour. The coroner Van was another part of the controvertial Abbey Road picture. That ain't no "look at me, I´m alive!" what Faul is saying, but "hey you, nutzos, I´m here whatever you like it or not".

This is just me, but hear me out. I can't seem to find any big pictures of the Paul is Live cover, so it's hard to tell. But it looks like Faul edited out more than just the coroner van. The man standing near the van is also gone, as are many of the cars that were parked by the curb. The car coming to hit him is yellow. On Abbey Road, it was a neutral color, or something. I'm not great with colors. Why were these elements missing? Any ideas?

And thinking that the "Faul" operation was "successfully completed" at that time....

Well, I sorta took the cover as playful. A play on past elements and ideas. Funny, but, "Martha" seems to have the upper "paw" in the photo..........the sheepdog out walking the Shepherd.......
The police van is "out of the picture" these days, and the white Beetle is still around............it sorta says that.

So a lot of cars aren't exactly the same because they probably didn't feel like going to the trouble of recreating the original shot ENTIRELY. Note: I think the black van being missing is obviously intentional, I'm talking about the cars further away from the camera.

Of course, the VW plate was altered. And no hearse or black van was necessary because Bill has kept the secret which has provided him with wealth and fame and homes and cars, etc. Perplexed, I liked your comment about the sheepdog leading the shepherd. ;D ;D

It's also a fact that VW Beetles are a lot easier to come by than those police vans of the same period.

True Palin but it wouldnt be too hard to use CGI or whatever its called to put one in without it being noticeable that it was fake.

What did the VW plate originally say, BP? Anyone had to have laughed at Bill's explanation that it was a hot day so he took of his shoes. Unless he grew up in a tropical island where they are usually barefoot and their feet have become callused and used to hot sand, pavement, he is full of crap! His feet would burn on that hot pavement and he would at least wear a pair of thongs. He is such a dumb ass. And people actually believed him. Wonder if any of them ever went out on a hot day and tried walking barefoot?

Did you notice that in all the pictures where he has shoes (or sandals???) on he is always looking at his feet? That's got to mean something.

He's got mesed up feet--we've got a thread around here somewhere showing his severe case of hammer toes. Not surprised he looks at them.
