In town there is a 5 DVD set called The Beatles - A Long and Winding Road which is unauthorised. It includes alot of stuff from the early years, is a bit cheaper than the official anthology series and is about 7 hours in total.
Has anyone seen this?
Also, since it's unauthorised, does that mean that the early stuff of Paul has not been modified? Who can tell me please?

Well, I'm a little confused. The Anthology is a 5-DVD set and was originally intended to be called "The Long and Winding Road."
Please clue me in.

The official anthology set is about 11 hours. I thought it was a 7-set but I could be wrong.
The unofficial one is 7 hours and the first 4 DVDs concentrate on everything up to 1966. Only the last one is from 1967 onwards. A different emphasis then.
