Yeah, I know he was murdered. I met the guy who used to protest outside MTV about it like four years ago. I saw some stuff recently claiming that Cobain was a subject of NSA mind control experiments as a child, and was wondering if you knew anything about it.

I would put forth the idea that Kurt Cobain was the John Lennon of his generation, far removed from the McCartney of his generation if basing it on lyrical, musical, and outspoken, anti-authority ideas.
This is yet another brick in the wall! A few years back, 'Unsolved Mysteries' did an excellent serious segment on the death of Kurt. I taped it, and their main conclusions were that: no fingerprints could be found on the shotgun, which rules out suicide. Kurt had such a lethal dose of heroin in his bloodstream, that it would easily kill 4 grown adults...or, Keith Richards, lol.
Also, if you know anything about the effects of heroin, when a person takes it they immediately go into a stupor; basically unconscious for a period of time. When they awaken, then they experience "the buzz". Therefore, if Kurt even DID boot himself up, he would have been in NO condition to put the shotgun in his mouth and pull the trigger.
Also, interestingly, from a forensic point, there was NO EXIT WOUNDS to Kurt's head. Kinda strange..FOR A DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN A POINT BLANK RANGE.
When Kurt married his Yoko, Courtney- SHE made HIM sign a prenuptual agreement! She thought she would go on to become the Big Star, and that he was a wasted genius on the downward spiral.
Then, Nirvana changed the entire music industry with 'NEVERMIND' in much the same way The Beatles did with 'Sgt. Pepper.' She proved to be basically a negative, psychotic personality and Kurt did indeed tell Gold Mountain Management Firm (to which he was a client) to look into divorce proceedings.
Courtney indeed did offer $50,000 to the LA death-rocker singer to kill kurt. The guy refused, but before he was found dead on some railroad tracks, he went public.
Kurt and Nirvana also pulled out of the lucrative "Lollapalooza" tour for that year, and rumors abounded that it was mob-sponsored, and without Nirvana they lost 30 million in sales.
Whatever went down, I am of the opinion that Kurt indeed was on LOOK OUT that weekend, sitting in front of the huge picture window up in the loft of the garage. I feel someone he TRUSTED came to see him, perhaps offering to give him a fix and let him crash...telling him they would "keep watch." They booted him up, he nodded out, and was murdered. I believe I know who the trusted "friend" was; they same guy who 2 weeks earlier went with him to buy the shotgun.
The note widely publicized as a 'suicide' letter was in essence a kiss-off to Courtney, with the last 2 paragraphs ADDED by someone other than Kurt, handwriting analysis revealed. No matter---the perfect murder is of someone who was suicidal.
Kurt was a genius. One of the true brilliant spots to the music world in these mediocre, apathetic times. -ian

Hi, this is my first post. I'm no stranger to the Cobain case, in fact, that's how I found out about your website. I saw the thread about it on justiceforkurt.com . I do believe Kurt was murdered, but I don't think Courtney Love was in on it too much, seeing as she cancelled his credit cards, and whoever killed him stole the cards and tried to use them later. Why would she, or someone working for her, use cards they knew were cancelled after he was dead? As for the "mind control" issue, he was on Ritalin as a child, is that what you mean? Or do you think his mother TOLD him it was Ritalin, as a cover-up?

Kurt Was indeed Murdered and I do trust Eldon Hoke (El Duce's) testamony. However talking about clues in music. Nirvan's lyrics are very crytptic. Many seem not to make any since till I apllied this trick. Replace the word she with the word Satan or the Devil in every single song. It reads like a cosionary tale about seling your soul and getting what you asked for. It is shocking. Try it it works. I know it sounds farfetched and silly, but A good friend of mine tried it and recited the lyrics and came up with an elaborate story and it all made perfect sence.

Interestingly enough, one of the few people to actually see Kurt Cobain on the final weekend of his life, when Courtney Love had various private investigators hunting him down (to get a location on him, one could conclude...) was LAYNE STALEY, singer for one of America's best alternative rock bands, ALICE IN CHAINS.
Layne was himself a hopeless heroin addict, and by his own account he ran into Kurt in a Seattle nite club that last weekend. Layne related later that Kurt looked horrible, and from one user to another Staley pleaded with Kurt to "get some help."
Apparently, the death of Kurt impacted deeply on Layne, for as we all know several years later Layne Staley was found dead in his own apartment, with time of death fixed at the EXACT SAME DATE AS KURT DIED.
So, for some reason the death of his grunge friend Kurt Cobain had greatly disturbed Layne, who punted out on Kurt's death anniversary....

He probably was killed. I know about most of the clues you all said, and it just doesn't sit right. The amount of heroin, the fingerprints, etc...

He was killed no doubt about it for many reasons. He told the truth thru his music, and hid it in untangible ways, he lived an alterative lifestyle and was out and open abouty it. B4 he died nirvana had broken up after the incident in Rome. A lot of ppl had a lot to gain by his death, and Courtney would make a good "Fall Doll". However Looking at those Lyrics in his songs again with that old blues player trick, substituting Satan for She and the devil for oth feminine pronowns, I think Kurt was trying to tell the world something important subliminally and it was too close to home for some ppl. I think he said too much too soon and that is why he was silenced.

Also, in his formative teen years, and into his early 20's Kurt was deeply influenced by none other than John Lennon. He later distanced himself from this when Nirvana broke massive as the grunge/alternative Gods.
Truly, though, no one could ever be more alternative then John Lennon! R.I.P.

Very true Ian very True. They were also both highly subversive and made lots and lots of enimies but when Kurt died regardless of suicide or murder, he was mardered. Nowadays ppl do not even flinch at the stuff he did on SNL and awards shows.

All of them:
Start with Bleach and work your way up to Inutero Also Been A son and a few other trax on compilations unreleased. He very much was a lot more articulate than I believed after I tried the blues theory I previously posted
More important Remember the in utero cover and the fire bombing pic inside.

The perfect murder; someone who is suicidal. No one will suspect or investigate too deeply. As if a Seattle cop is gonna give a crap about a millionaire junkie who seemingly kills himself...

Why do all the great musicians (and people like Ghandi, JFK, RFK, Martin Luther King etc etc) end up assasinated? It's not fair, this world is truly screwed up!

Mr. Mustard
To my mind, the answer can only be that this is all a simple battle between Good Vs. Evil. That is the dicotomy that life has become. A man for Peace hits the ground. The pattern was set from Jesus to Lennon.
As an aside thought, whomever invented the concept of 'money' must have been the devil! Try to imagine what our reality would be like if we didn't have to scramble like a gerbil on the money treadmill.
If we all could have whatever we needed, or wanted. The catch to it all could be that members of community were expected to provide some sort of contribution, or service, to that society.
Imagine that, somebody very cool once asked of us. -Ian

Why do all the great musicians (and people like Ghandi, JFK, RFK, Martin Luther King etc etc) end up assasinated? It's not fair, this world is truly screwed up! And why are the wives of great musicians who have died vilified? I am not a Kurt or Courtney fan - wrong age. 20 Years in the Dakota by Hole She spent twenty years in the Dakota Every single day it was black in the Dakota Riot grrrls think you can stop me And you're forever in her debt Well I know you haven't sent me And you haven't sent her yet She spent twenty years like a virus They want to burn the witch who's inside us Well you, you don't f**k with the fabulous four Or you spend the rest of your life Picking things up off the floor She's still alive but I am sure That all the stars belong to her On California king-sized beds She's wrapped in rags inside my head This is the story, this is the story of someone who's wild Big black rules, pearl, life (I don't remember, I forget) Oh, baby dry your dirty eyes My water breaks like turpentine The pee girl burns to be a bride Your ever lovely suicide Are they coming for me Are they coming soon Hey Jude, hey Jude Are they coming for me Judy, Judy Are they coming soon (I don't remember, I forget) The pee girl burns to be a bride Your ever lovely suicide I don't remember, I forget
