All the times I looked at those frames I never noticed how much it resembles a jet engine, and one that's on fire it seems?

So, a mid-air explosion shortly after take-off from Touquette Paris Plage in an air taxi resulting in a helter skelter crash into the ocean near Outreau/Boulonge. Humpty Dumpty had a great fall, and was compressed into a dwarf , and then later washed up on shore in muddy waters like a beached walrus. possible chronology take off evening sunday sept 25 explosion and crash into the sea Paul is separated from the crash site by the current Brian is found monday sept 26. Paul found two days later wednesday sept 28 but that leaves a big gap.... What were Paul and Brian up to between the 18th and 25th?

Actually the "bus" was flying... among explosions! "Where is the bus?" or ... "Where is the boss?" Actually on the map where Faul is pointing there is ALREADY an ARROW pointing at a direction. Very very very telling.

The Nowhere Man's post of the lyrics from "Band On The Run" in the CLUES section today reminded me of the line: "Well the rain exploded in a mighty crash as we fell into the sun". Sounds like a plane exploding to me! "The night was falling as the desert world began to settle down, In the town they're searching for us everywhere" Is Outreau a desert resort town? aeroflt.users.netlink.co.uk/mags/france/framag06.htm'Batailles Aeriennes' [SARL Lela Presse, ISSN 1253-5354 ]
From the publishers of 'Avions', a magazine dedicated to the great air battles of World War Two. Step by step, the series covers in detail the air operations of WW2 on every front from the Polish campaign onwards. The coverage includes the background history, the forces involved, orders of battle for both sides, and the aircraft operated. Selected aircraft types are described in 1 or 2 page Fiche Monographique asides which include a colour profile, 3-view line drawing and a specification. Strangely, 6 pages of each issue are devoted to coverage of AFVs used in the conflict. A4 size magazine with 80 pages in each issue. ....and there you have it.... An anti-aircraft gun perhaps commandeered for the occasion...or some other projectile weapon brought along by the assassins... the picture is becoming much clearer now....

Thanks ! Sounds plausible . I never really liked that car crash story . For one thing , the location could not be ascertained . Reminds me of our local " White Rock Ghost " legend in which conflicting locations on the lake are given as the scene of the accident . I think it interesting Faul had no passport . He WOULDNT , would he ? I need to obtain a copy of MMT . I have never seen it . Plane crashes are a common sop it seems . Old man Bush must be a double ace by now .

Not accidental at all. The two "hunters" on MMT shot to the sky.... "...and John filmed "I Am The Walrus" near the 32 concrete anti-blast walls that protected aircrafts in World War II."Interesting, I was watching part 3 of the Anthology director's cut tonight, and this may be on the original, but Ringo talked about the first time they landed in New York, and, (talking in the present day) said: "I had this fantasy of octopus tentacles reaching up and pulling the plane down."

I laid traps for troubadors before they reached Bombay Wasn't George going over to the east around that time? It was the 16th September as I recall. Is it possible Paul & Brian were actually going to join him in the east? "Well the rain exploded in a mighty crash as we fell into the sun... The night was falling as the desert world began to settle down, In the town they're searching for us everywhere" Fell into the SUN...the desert world...the middle east?

The Long And Winding Road
Lennon/McCartney
The long and winding road that leads to your door will never disappear I've seen that road before It always leads me her Lead me to you door
The wild and windy night that the rain washed away Has left a pool of tears crying for the day Why leave me standing here let me know the way
Many times I've been alone and many times I've cried Any way you'll never know the many ways I've tried
But still they lead me back to the long winding road You left me standing here a long long time ago Don't leave me waiting here lead me to your door
But still they lead me back to the long winding road You left me standing here a long long time ago Don't leave me waiting here lead me to your door Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I did not just say that, did I? I was kidding. You decide if I meant it or not.
But, just a word, I will be sleepin' with the lights on tonight.

Earlier in this thread I wrote "Maybe to show that Sylvie and Paul died together?" This has been on my mind all day. YES, maybe because they died together!! If we're talking about a plane that blew up on which Paul and Sylvie were passengers, she may have died in the explosion, and he survived long enough to climb ashore. Think about the song "She's Leaving Home". Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock she sneaks out of the house. By "Friday morning at 9 o'clock she is FAR AWAY waiting to keep the appointment she made, meeting a man from the motor trade" to take her to the airport. "Friday night arrives without a suitcase". Like when you're at the airport, after a plane trip picking up your baggage, and they've lost your luggage. Except in this case the luggage was lost because the plane went down. She... was having... FUN... with Paul, something she couldn't do when living at home. Does anyone know if Sylvie had been living at home? I only know that Johnny Hallyday had a suicide attempt on September 10th 1966

I added another paragraph. Here's another thing that somehow ties in. the county judge, that held a grudge against the "band on the run" links to Maxwell's Silver Hammer. I believe that Maxwell could be the judge's name (the gavel: Bang Bang! Order In the Court! was silver, a SILVER Hammer. Bang Bang Maxwell's silver hammer MADE SURE THAT HE (PAUL) WAS DEAD A "death sentence" they were fleeing from. Or as people say, Paul was "a dead man" (guilty). See How They Run. OR The silver hammer on a gun (Happiness is a warm gun) "Bang Bang Maxwell's silver hammer made sure that he was dead" "Bang Bang, shoot shoot" (Two shots; two shooters.) Plane shooter named Maxwell, or, more likely, working at behest of "Maxwell". "The first one said to the second one there, I hope you're having fun!" Wonder if there's a connection to the Robert Maxwell who had ties to British Intelligence and whose boat was found at sea a few years back after he (ahem) "fell" overboard. Check this out... 1966.proboards40.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1106443778
