It would seem so, I haven't found any reason to think it affects other areas of the body

I had it when I was 16. The doc said that it is caused by a virus, I think either the mumps virus, or one like that, goes to reside in nerve centers. Sometimes, under stress, the virus gets the upper hand and temporarily disable the nerve juncture. So much of that side of the face is "off-line."
Droopy saggy sad looking. It lasts about 3 weeks in most cases, and doesn't usually return. Although, I notice if I am overtired, not taking care of myself or sleeping enough, a slight remnant of that sets in. It dissapates with good rest and food and water.
It makes you talk funny, slur. And facial expressions are distorted.

The hair is angular because the backgroud was changed from yellow to red (clue?). To make that the image of the Beatles was cropped. "Cropped" doesn't mean doctored....ATU. |

 Can you see that picture above ATU? Summarizing the end of this thread: James Paul McCartney had an asymmetry on his face. Faul's one is just "reproduced" with accurate points of underskin filler injections. So you can see "early Faul" without that asymmetry on his face. Was James Paul's asymmetry casued by "Bell’s palsy"? Maybe. |
