Not trying to be mysterious, because I don't know, but he looks familiar. Or similar to someone who I can't place.. I'm thinking..a close family member of Bill maybe?

It's funny DZ, that's the pic I was thinking of, like the eyes were similar, but maybe it was a brother or something.
My first impression was, as I said, this man is very familiar..

I agree the gentleman's head if the tall variety and he has some similar postioning (although he has a giant left ear and a wuddle-biddy right ear, what up with that?) but he has some kind of Aussie vibe, and is light skinned with blondish hair, but different nose, eyes--really, I see no kin ship. Lots of men have tall craniums, especially Englishmen. And, the motion artifact--like he moved a bunch and the shutter speed was weird, or, was he even IN that picture originally, and have they "wiped" the actual seat occupant out? I am not computing tonight........

Those frames are both from Magical Mystery Tour. The one on the left belongs to one sequence at the beginning fo the film and that was on run and very blurry. For many it could be just "impossible" but The DeZombificator is right: This man is Billy Shepherd just with a reverse engineered fake nose end, without under-skin filler injections and make-up but with his true flesh hair and eyes colour instead. Ringo with Magical Mystery Tour has ALREADY told us everything has happened even if the final cut of the film was heavly censored. We can't ask him more.

Remember folks, it's Bill who imitated Vivian during the strip sequence at the end of MMT ! He had very fair skin, blond hair & blue eyes. He seems to have no problem wearing contacts ( lucky him ). I believe that BP is right. That man could very well be Bill. Look closely at his face from the nose downwards !

I've not been convinced that the simpleton-looking guy near the bottom of Beatle Paul's last post is actually Faul. Is everyone else convinced that it is? Looks like somebody they pulled in off the street and said "you'll do" while Faul was having lunch. (It certainly isn't Paul.) Maybe a morph would help, but even then I'm dubious.

The nose isn't even close. The eyes are similar, but I think y'all are goin' out on a limb... But Semolina, EVERY other feature lines up!The hair part and the wave of the hair . The ear position lines up, the chin, jaw and mouth position are the same. He's wearing a FAKE nose. You can see where the filler goes and you can see where he puts the prosthesis over his eyes to look more McCartney...He could probably walk around totally unrecognized.....amazing!!!!! Ringo shot the whole scene reversed( from the front to the back of the bus into Williams face ) I found one older actress's hair that proved it... ;D I have this feeling that the first half minute is a chronology of sorts.....

My wish was to know who was "officially" that man. Because ACTUALLY that man IS Billy Shepherd of the Pepperpots P.S. There no need of mirroring picture .... see EACH feature (eyebrows shape, nose bridge, EARS, cheeks etc...) and compare them ... and remember, the nose was "restored" with a make-up.... not the chin fixed and changed after the plastic surgery www.greatfaces.com/eves-book.htmwww.wellnesskliniek.com/E_lips.htmPlease take a look....

I'm having trouble buying this one. The gif doesn't convince me at all. They look too different to me. It may not be a random guy off the street but I'm not convinced it's Bill either, just part of the company.

But make-up specialists and cosmetic surgeons told me that's quite possible with a pro make-up +undreskin filler injection... or ask Nat Jackley the "Rubber Man" ...

Thanks.

All I will say is that if it turns out that ISN'T Bill of Billy & the Pepperpots, I'll be I see the resemblance in all his incarnations. Just like Perplexed's Dr. Lao ! If it's not Bill, it has to be someone very closely related. Maybe his brother or a 1st cousin.

OK, I just watched the beginning of the film and I must say...there must be some reason they gave this man such a prominent shot. He is sitting directly at the back of the bus and the camera does go right for him, right after they first show the Beatles. He does resemble Faul...

I think that you are quite right BeatlePaul except for.....Check out the shot immediately preceding the zoom to Williams face. The driver is on the wrong side of the bus, the bus is on the wrong side of the road and the windshield wipers are reversed! Why do that if not to indicate that perhaps the next shot is reversed as well? I got better registration on the eyes by reversing, but your mileage may vary. PaulBearer, my gif attempt is amateur at best, try it yourself though....everything but the nose lines up. I think it's quite remarkable! I did a different one....still reversed...still amateur

Perhaps we should compare that guy on the bus with the shots of Billy in Kenya before his plastic surgery.

I DO see the simililarities in facial construction here. The eye position, and jaw and cheeks are all so sympatico that it's amazing. But, I have two difficulties with it. 1) The age of the man on the bus--his skin is that thin, pinkish type you see a lot in Britain, and he is to my eyes clearly already 35-38 years old. He has that dry, moisture loss looking skin of some men in their 30's. He has sunken cheek folds that betray some aging and hard living. He is not merely 28 or even 30. 2) His nostril position is too low. If rhinoplasrt were performed to bring the level of the nose tip and nostrils in line to where William's are, his nostril holes would still be too low for his nose! You can't really move the holes. If you chop the end of the nose off, there'd be nothing to protect and cover the holes in the bony opening for the nostrils. He's have a hare-lip situatioin. I don't think they could fill in the old low holes, and drill two new ones higher, so I think it's the single thing that makes this very unlikely. Just my opinion. However, I do see that clear and strong resonance between the two constructions. And, indeed, WHY insert such a picture at the top of this film? A case study? Or, an incidental resemblance? Or, a brother, perhaps? We live in a very interesting world. Things is gettin' curiouser and curiouser all the time, my dahlings.
