That's a d*mn good set. Long show, good show. Good mix----very good mix of the old and the new. I'd love to see that that show. It isn't coming to the states, is it? That is three hours I could really enjoy. Thanks for the info----you must live over there. I don't always remember where people may have posted that they live.

The set list is the same as the one being carried on the Macca-Central website, which has been compiled by fans sending in lists of songs they've heard blasting out from the Millennium Dome in London. I'm impressed that he's going to attempt Helter Skelter - a larynx detsroyer if ever there was one.
It has been reminiscent of the Rooftop Concert, in that people are stopping in their tracks to hear McCartney practice, and even Tube trains are running empty because people want to listen to the music rather than go home/go to work. Incredible popularity considering his age and the fact that he hasn't really had a major chart success in years. He's like part of the nation's psyche now, regardless of who he is.

so imagine the utter stupification at the news that he's really bill shepperd, and an impersonator!
"imagine there's no imposters it's easy if you try."
i don't think people appreciate how absolutely tremendous this story is...in its own way, just as big as 9/11.

I'd love to see 3 hrs of James Paul McCartney singing, but Bill Shepherd......nah I suppose it could be interesting, but he would p*ss me off, especially singing James Paul's songs and acting as if they're his. "I've just seen a face...oh, that how I used to look"
