At the end, there's some shouting. I listened to it over and over and came to this:
"Hey, I'm back! Paul's back in the USSR! Well, he soon will be! Yeah, in the USSR..."
Now, this line I find interesting
Well, he soon will be!
My opinion is: Paul is back from the dead, but actually he's a different person. He soon will be back from the plastic surgeon...
Opinions, people?

Opinions, people? Please notice that the phrase is:"Back in US back in US Back in US...SR IMO Faul says "I am back in US...A." with a little varation at the end of the phrase to divert suspiciones...

This song bothers me. What does it mean? I agree with TPIMaster, that we haven't really figured it all out yet. Yes, it's a Beach Boys parody, but is there something more here?
Wasn't Miami Beach where the third Ed Sullivan TV show appearence took place? Why does it open the White Album?
TPIMaster wrote: ""Hey, I'm back! Paul's back in the USSR! Well, he soon will be! Yeah, in the USSR..."
Paul seems to have been a man on the move all the time. A fugitive?
BACK IN THE USSR (Beatles)
Flew in from Miami Beach BOAC* Didn't get to bed last night On the way the paper bag was on my knee Man it was a dreadful flight I'm back in the U.S.S.R. You don't know how lucky you are boy Back in the U.S.S.R.
Been away so long I hardly knew the place Gee it's good to be back home Leave it till tomorrow to unpack my case Honey disconnect the phone I'm back in the U.S.S.R. You don't know how lucky you are boy Back in the U.S. Back in the U.S. Back in the U.S.S.R.
Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out They leave the West behind Moscow girls make me sing and shout That Georgia's always on my my my my my my my mind.
I'm back in the U.S.S.R. boy You don't know how lucky you are boy Back in the U.S.S.R.
Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out They leave the West behind and Moscow girls make me sing and shout That Georgia's always on my my my my my my my mind.
Show me round your snow peaked mountains way down south Take me to your daddy's farm Let me hear your balalaika's ringing out Come and keep your comrade warm. I'm back in the U.S.S.R. boy You don't know how lucky you are boys Back in the U.S.S.R." (end)
*British Orient Air Charter (or something like that). It was a commercial airline service of that time.
