They would have to, and this has been discussed a bit on this forum. Go to the top of the page and do a search of "Pink Floyd". Put in about 700 days to cover what's been said in th last two years.

’and I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, i Don’t mind. why should I be frightened of dying? There’s no reason for it, you’ve gotta go sometime.’ ’i never said I was frightened of dying.’

BRAIN DAMAGE
The lunatic is on the grass The lunatic is on the grass Remembering games and daisy chains and laughs Got to keep the loonies on the path
The lunatic is in the hall The lunatics are in my hall The paper holds their folded faces to the floor And every day the paper boy brings more
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon And if there is no room upon the hill And if your head explodes with dark forbodings too I’ll see you on the dark side of the moon
The lunatic is in my head The lunatic is in my head You raise the blade, you make the change You re-arrange me ’till I’m sane You lock the door And throw away the key There’s someone in my head but it’s not me.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear You shout and no one seems to hear And if the band you’re in starts playing different tunes I’ll see you on the dark side of the moon

BREATHE REPRISE
Home, home again I like to be here when I can When I come home cold and tired It’s good to warm my bones beside the fire Far away across the field The tolling of the iron bell Calls the faithful to their knees To hear the softly spoken magic spells

TIME
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town Waiting for someone or something to show you the way
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today And then one day you find ten years have got behind you No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
And you run and you run to catch up with the sun, but it’s sinking And racing around to come up behind you again The sun is the same in the relative way, but you’re older Shorter of breath and one day closer to death
Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines Hanging on in quiet desperation is the english way The time is gone, the song is over, thought I’d something more to say
Home, home again I like to be here when I can And when I come home cold and tired It’s good to warm my bones beside the fire Far away across the field The tolling of the iron bell Calls the faithful to their knees To hear the softly spoken magic spells.

Yeah but i dont see any of these being aimed at the paul conspiracy. I mean they can be taken many different ways as most pink floyd music can. I was talking about do you guys think the boys of pink floyd know anything? As i said their music can be taken many ways. I am a natural skeptic until proven wrong.

I think i heard that on an older boot of rare songs i have. I have so many i am pretty sure i remember that. I am sure if paul was replaced dave and the gang know. They were all recording in the same studies. Pink floyd grew up slightly after the beatles hit the top but i would say they know whats going on. I am worried on these boards that my being a skeptic isnt liked. I get that feeling anyways.

I am worried on these boards that my being a skeptic isnt liked. I get that feeling anyways. Skepticism is allowed here, but we get weary of repeating answers to questions by doubters that have already been answered many times over. We'd rather discover new things than go over old ground. Be sure to check out the lyrics Sister Mary Abbey posted on page 5 of the Ole Toro /Nat Jackley thread in the GENERAL section of a Floyd song that sounds perfect for Paul.

Oh do you get weary, maniac, awww, must be tough to have to "Carry That Weight". Anyway, Floyd recorded Faul saying stuff for the Dark Side of the Moon album but apparently they were unhappy with his performance so they scrapped it. What if they were really just trying to get a copy of Faul talking so they could analyze his voice to compare it with JPM's.Or, what if Faul got high and started talking about the truth and the record company wouldn't let Pink Floyd use it. I'm sure they have a good idea about the Paul/Faul thing, but Syd was probably the only one who actually KNEW. It's not like something people could talk outrightly about, hence all the cryptic messages.

Semolina, that does sound like a plausible scenario.

I also think that this might very well be about Bill & the boys.
