Has anyone seen any images of Paul's handwriting vs Fauls? I know one can practice someone elses writing but I think it would be hard to be perfect? When" Paul" finished his first solo LP, McCartney, he sent a copy of the album with this letter to his Dad, step-mother Angie, step-sister Ruth, and "Dan" (Dan was the family dog). Note that the kids signed it as well... (Heather signed for Mary, as Mary was only 8 months old when the album came out on April 20, 1970).

of course, this is hardly a perfect science, for here is a fade of two autographs made by Paul (or so we are told )

McGarrett, the photo isn't opening. Could you please try that again ? I'm very interested in seeing that letter. Really really, it is pretty difficult. I studied all of the different McCartney signatures. It seems that Paul did sign his name differently at times. However, there are handwriting experts who know what to look for. The slant of the signature. The shape of the letters. There has to be a consistent difference between Paul's true signature & Bill's forgery. That is why Bill has steadily changed Paul's signature over the years. So that it would be difficult for anyone to use his handwriting to PROVE anything BP, thanks for the link. It's a very good site !

I'm sorry, but there really is no point to doing fades of autographs... show them next to one another, sure, but...
