As far as I know I'm the only one who has stumbled on this one, so you're getting it here first. At the end of the song Bungalow Bill on the White album is a little piece played on an oboe (maybe?) with some light clapping - like a small audience. Slow it to half speed and listen. It's a funeral march. The hand clapping turns into the sounds of the horses drawing the casket and the slowed down musical piece seals the effect. It is unmistakable. This picture of a famous funeral (http://www.tapsbugler.com/images/JFK_Caisson.jpg) is an example of that sort of funeral procession. It isn't the funeral you'll hear - but is an example of the kind of procession you'll hear. ;D Listen listen www.dread.net/~finder/beatles/bb.mp3

Interesting. I don't know what to make of it exactly. The melody on the oboe sounds to happy/mellow. Plus, Paul would not have had a proper funeral such as that, IMO.

Make your own using Audacity. It's free and easy.

I think it has a great resemblance to a procession; you can even hear dogs (beasts?) howling around!
