Basically, in Blue Jay Way, George tells us what Paul did after the accident. members.lycos.nl/beatlepalooza/BJW.mp3Now it's past my bed, I know "PAUL" And I'd really like to go "CALL" Soon will be the break of day "DEAD" ("Get me out!" in the background) Sitting here in Blue Jay Way "HEY"

Pretty amazing TPImaster! It's all there as you say! The "official" story is that the song is about George waiting for Derek Taylor, who had got lost, to arrive.

You can hear it more clearly in that clip which is a center channel extraction from the Magical Mystery Tour CD version. (Don't ask me how I did it cause that's top secret information! (Just kidding, just a bunch of oopses combined in some way which I can't explain cause I don't know how I did it. I just played around.))

TPIMaster, There are other subliminals in "Blue Jay Way" hidden in the drums and cymbals in the first two verses. I can't make out what is being said, but you can hear some of it where I underline: "We'll be over soon they said Now they've lost themselves instead (you can hear the word "be") Then the chorus, and a bit more hidden under "Well it only goes to show That I told them where to go (sounds like "burning").
I know it may be impossible to "unsubmerge" what's there, but if anyone here could it would be you, TPIM. Can you give it a listen and see if there's anything there you can work with? (Thanks.)

With subliminals, do you mean voices or whatsoever?

I mean those same voices that are singing "Paul", "call" etc., but the orchestration could figure into some of the words. It sounds to me as if there are some reversals ("reverse speech") worked into the song as well. I think there could be one where "asleep" is sung the second time. (correction)

Btw, I'm trying to make an OOPS out of Blue Jay Way stereo and Blue Jay Way mono. Why? Because Blue Jay Way mono doesn't contain cello, nor backwards excerpts. So far I've found out it's impossible to match them up (yes, making oopses out of different versions of songs is like fades) cause of volume differences (huge difference in dB plus at some parts stuff is louder) and speed problems. I will try to make an OOPS but I cannot guarantee I'll succeed in creating it. The end result would be cello only, backwards excerpts and perhaps silent George vocals.

I'm sure much of this has been covered. Folks should use the search engine and save themselves effort.
It's "Please don't be long" etc backwards
sounds like "Paul, he bloody. Very, very bloody."

Yes, TPI if you can do that that would be fantastic, but you could just bump up that the other thread, never mind though as i believe this to be solid.
Whereas the message at the end of SPLHCB has been interpretted so many ways by people i don't think this is up for interpretation, they say paul is dead (or at least very bloody!) without a single iota of doubt.
It's as good as a confession! (I wish!)
