I have always been bothered by the layout of the word CLUB on the Sgt Pepper drumskin. There is too much space between the L and the U, almost like CL UB. Today I noticed that if you draw a straight line down the cor anglais that McCartney is holding, it slices the B in half, making CLUB say CLUE. This only happens because of the extra space in the word. If you were to tighten up the extra space in the word then the line would completely miss the B. Notice that the cor anglais (core angle?) points directly through the exact center of the album cover. That can't be an accident.

jarvi, never seen this before,it's terrible!in fact, there is really a "big" space between CL and UB,and everything in this cover leads to Faul,hands,eyes,colours...but this clue is a shot!never think to look at "CL UB",although i've noticed before that there were some strange triangulations and force-lines in the cover...actually,I think this is your masterpiece, very good work!

When you slice a B in half you get E 3, so CLUB becomes CLUE 3. Look at the "Sgt" on the drum skin. I have always wondered why there is a colon underneath it. Well the colon's shadow makes another 3. (You can see it best in the negative).

And, yes, "core angle", way cool.

Since I wasn't a member I've checked all the clues before I registered on this forum, and yes, this one is brilliant!

Hello Pepper, thanks for bringing this back, I had not found it yet, I wonder if one where to draw a satanic star (in honor of Allistair Crowley) what type of clues that might bring to light, if any.

Anyone noticed that in the booklet of "Love", the "L" is now straight between the C and the B, instead of more towards the C? Perhaps this has anything to do with the "code" George Martin referred to? By the way, that whole page freaks me out: what is that black stick with a tuba, french horn and trumpet coming out of it?? And this black stick also goes through the drum and some letters are obscured by stars and aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrghhhhhhh

I actually noticed that change in the drum on the Larry King LOVE interview. I haven't bought the LOVE cd.
