Hey, anyone ever comb over the old Ruttles comedy stuff? It was a spoof about the Beatles done by Eric Idle of Monty Python. Him and George Harrison were pretty good friends, and I believe George had something to do with the project. Just wondering if there are any clues embedded in there?

I think George produced it. It was pretty funny especially if you are a Monty Python fan.

Yeah, I thought it was awesome (as I'm a huge Python fan), but I was wondering if there are any clues in there?

Apparently the sequel - Ruttles 2 - is out now. I think it's called All You Need Is Lunch or somesuch.

Point to ponder...
ANY involvement in ANY project by ANY "Beatle" outside the obvious must be considered suspect.
The clearest of clues can be found in the foggiest of places.
The Rutles Klaatu Badfinger Bonzo Dog Band Any "Apple" artist
The list is endless and ongoing. What a splendid way to spend your day.

Badfinger seems especially suspect. Did you know an anagram of "Badfinger" is band Grief? Here's something interesting- www.superseventies.com/badfinger.html"Without doubt, Badfinger's most noticeable trademark is Pete Ham's ability to write, sing, and even look uncannily like Paul McCartney. And it even goes beyond that, for the group's similarities to the Beatles, in their late Beatles studio-type sound and the good group singing that the late Beatles so direly lacked, are really boggling. It's as if John, Paul, George, and Ringo had been reincarnated as Joey, Pete, Tom, and Mike of Badfinger." billionbrads.home.att.net/molland.htm"By the time Molland joined Badfinger in 1969, the group were already signed to The Beatles' fledgling Apple Records label. Paul McCartney handed the band a demo of 'Come And Get It', urging them to copy it note-for-note. The song became a hit and a minor albatross for the band as many assumed Badfinger were The Beatles in disguise, owing to Badfinger's Beatles-styled sound and Molland's uncanny resemblance to McCartney (Molland also hails from Liverpool)." Tragically TWO of the band's original members hanged themselves... So much for Faul's help.
