a friend of mine gave me a DVD this morning and it has the Shakespearean Sketch on it as well as lots of never before seen footage. I haven't watched it yet but on the back it says something about a guy called Jimmy Nicol, ringos replacement drummer. Does anyone know who this guy is?

The Beatles was on tour (I think Holland or Australia) Ringo was sick so they choose for Nichols to replace Ringo

Jimmy was with them for 12 days including the whole tour of New Zealand. So we never got to see Ringo playing.

I have just finished watching the complete shakespearean sketch and if ever there was any doubt on my part it vanished while watching it. There is NO WAY!! the man in that sketch is the same one we know today. The facial expressions, the voice, the sweet smile.
its just not the same man!!!
