Sorry if I'm being a bore, but I gotta sort this out. I don't know if any of you read the Hunter Davies biography, but he was approached by McCartney in '66 to do the Beatles biography and hung around with them until '68. He is still McCartney's friend to this day. He interviewed all of them at the time, and I think it's a must read. It's also one of the main reasons I'm finding the whole Faul thing hard to believe. He is a well respected jounalist in the UK, and his other books are excellent too. Please go here: www.geocities.com/area51/shire/3566/paul.htmlcheck the date. He spoke to Macca again after this many times. Could you also go here home.clara.net/digger/sixties/hunter.htm and look in particular at the part he talks about his evening with Jim McCartney, Paul's dad, in '67. Not really the actions of a greiving parent whose son has been replaced by a lookalike. So is Hunter part of the conspiracy? Again, I'd really welcome debate.

The first is a VERY PRECIOUS DOCUMENT. Probably James Paul's LAST INTERVIEW. The date is that of article publication. From the second link: I’m thinking of Paul and George particularly, when they realised something remarkable had happened to them twenty, thirty years ago. And it had almost become as if it had happened to a different person and it was so far away that they now seemed more prepared to talk about it because they realised that that would never happen again and they realised it was remarkable. And Paul, as you know in the last ten years or so has become a great Beatles collector. (!) He’s behind a lot of these big prices….. it’s not actually him bidding but the rumour goes around that Paul’s bidding so the prices go up. And Paul has got a great collection now.(!) Now at the time for ten years there was never a thought of collecting themselves.

MISINFORMATION!!!supposedly paul says "All our songs come out of our imagination. There never was an Eleanor Rigby." but there was an eleanor rigby! taken off a tombstone in the cemetary of the st. peter's church, where john and paul met! taken from: www.music.indiana.edu/som/courses/rock/penny.htmlwhy would he say there was no eleanor rigby, when obviously there was?

It's been 37 years. Do you think he'd remember, even if it actually was Paul?
