So lets imagine that we had access to the real Paul's clothes, combs or other stuff like that, that were used by him before 1966. So couldn't we take a DNA sample from some of those things and compare it to Faul's DNA? That way this paul-faul-case would definitely be solved.
I don't know if you've talked about this earlier...

It seems that I have not noticed any sales or auctions of actual Beatle clothing, worn by them. I wonder if they gathered it all up in late 66 and lit a big bonfire......hmmmmm.....
I mean, the clothes from Hollywood films have by and large all been sold or autioned off. There were 5 or 6 pairs of the Ruby Slippers created for Judy Garland in the "Wizard of Oz" These copies had to survive rigorous shooting and stressful condtions. They each sold for a lot, according to a American TV show about the OZ props and costumes. I've met people who have gotten articles from costumes for Liberace, Judy Garland, Joan Crawford, Gene Kelly, etc. These items bring a lot of money. They get retraded and traded.
But can you purchase , say, one of John Lennons early proper suits from the "She Loves You" period? It would be priceless. Why don't I see them on e-bay? Originals, not copies?.....................

even if you saw one auctioned, authenticity would be "iffy" at best. One of the major auction houses sold an outfit, stating it was "Person X's" screen worn costume. "Person X" is a friend of mine, and the costume was not authentic. There was also the incident where the Smithsonian asked Jack Larson ("Jimmy Olsen" from the George Reeves Superman TV series) if they could display a "Jimmy Olsen bow tie". When Mr. Larson told them that he no longer had any of the ties worn on the series, they told him they'd just buy a regular bow tie somewhere....

You know that out there somewhere is an old female fan who's still got a locket of hair or a piece of cloth or some sovenier like that stashed away in a plastic bag & forgotten about.

I think XPT is right, any physical evidence that is acquired is totally unreliable... Who knows where it really came from and if its even genuine...

Maybe a DNA test wouldn't be necessary. Maybe their blood types are not a match.

James Paul/Faul are so different that DNA test is no need. And..."they" have faked everything so....
I repeat (for the "Nth" time): an inspection made by a plastic surgeon is more than enough. That's all.
