Dan and I were discussing about getting Fauls police records from Canada,I doubt if its possible, but maybe our friends from Canada might shed some light on it for us. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You`re right Spanky. The minute sheppard said he`d be Paul those records were probably in the furnace. I`m still going to nose around.

The records probably are long gone (I actually wouldn't know! what people would've done with them afterward - was with the Beatles after that (no pun intended . I am at liberty to tell you a little though without being killed. If the records still exist, you'd see that I was a habitual liar long before I even took the job as Paul. Several sergeants and others were involved in the training process. Though I indeed am a rather big guy, I've never been that physically-inclined. I actually had an impostor pass the (Royal Canadian) fitness test for me! I lied about almost everything on my applications. They tried to cross-verify all this, but there were ways of fooling them as I am fooling all of you. At the time I was accepted, no one had the foggiest idea I didn't do those things and wasn't even the person I claimed to be then! (As I said, I AM actually a musician - this is what I do best : . After about 6 months they finally discovered some of this and asked me about it. If you could see my records, you'd see a perfect score on the polygraph exam - the only one ever obtained in the OPP! This really left them scratching their heads - they knew I was lying to them - they had hard evidence - they were about to blow my cover. Then they said to themselves, "Wait a minute, if he could fool US for that long, just think what he could do to the general public. We can use a guy like this..."

do a search for "canadian military police" and you'll get a lot closer to what you want. a lot of people are still around from that period, some are probably willing to talk too. as for the actual personel files, the hard copy is probably long gone [though possibly xeroxed] but NOT THE PEOPLE who know things, and NOT their willingness to talk.
just think....we have "JamesPaul" himself and "Sgt. pepper" HIMself both on the same forum. what are the odds?
