At least the head size and eye distance match up better than Bill's.
It's funny... after 1966, there's no way this guy would win a Paul McCartney lookalike contest.

This site mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/opd/home.html claims that Keith Allison is the man on the White Album (click on The Truth/White Album). I don't think so. They've got some good comparisons shots under "Other Clues" and elsewhere.

Points to ponder...
In a 1978 "made for television" special, Ringo, being tired of fame and fortune, trades places with an unknown look-alike named "Ognir Rrats."
Guess who is billed as one of the actors?
Also, in the film adaptation of "Sgt. Pepper", guess who also has a part in this musical misadventure?
Time's up...

As bad as the Bee Gees Sgt Pepper film is supposed to be, it may be worth seeing for any deliberately planted clues.

Actually, I believe he's referring to Billy Preston, but I don't see how a black keyboardist who only worked with the Beatles just as they were ending (on "Let It Be" and parts of "Abbey Road") fits into the theory. Either Preston or Peter Frampton, and again I don't see how he fits.
Nat Jackley wasn't in either the Sgt. Pepper film or Ringo's 1978 special. In fact, I'm 99.9% sure he's an entirely different person from Billy Shepherd. Nat was known as the "rubber man," for his long "rubbery" limbs and his ability to do tricks with them. He filmed a scene involving them for MMT, but it wound up cut in the end.
