Sounds like they took your letter to mean that you were no longer interested in getting their letter. I wouldn't take it to heart; they did include the last paragraph. Kinda funny actually.

Well, belda, nothing impolite meant by this, but what did you expect? What else could they do? Send a warm, cordial e-mail thanking you for the information? Dear Mr.Bedone, We'd like to personally thank you for your recent e-mail, and mention that we hadn't noticed anything unusual of late about Mr. McCartney. We'll check into it poste-haste and get back to you with a determination either way. Should our conclusions tally with yours, we'll notify you immediately, and ask this gentleman, whoever he may really be, to explain in under whose capacity he is performing. In the meantime, we generally recommend that the best modus operandi is for everyone to just continue acting normally as if nothing is suspected in order to prevent the subject from becomming wary. Often these issues are resolved with a simple phone call to the party in question, followed up by a quick office visit with a short questionaire with electroshock. In the unlikely event that you are correct, we will of course, do what is neccessary to quash the story. accomodate public reaction. Check back frequently at our troll-free web-site at http://www.e_m_i_tracking.org/uk/homingpidgeon/hecklersandfiendslist.htm where we can help us watch out for you your concerns. Cordially yours, Devon Cransdale, dept. chief Office of Detail Management, Suite 9 Ee-Emme-Eye, Inc, a subsidiary of Abbey Drive Records, a subsidiary of Pickwick International Marketing Maybe you weren't the first. You might not be the last. No offense meant, belda, I just think its barking into the wind.

You spent some time cooking that up , didnt you ?
But yes , I agree it is just barking into the wind . All the conspiracy stuff is . We know how people are , if they dont announce something on TV it is a conspiracy . On the other hand , we never know whom we will convert in our daily efforts . Good job on the spoof !
