I read an objection about "photos taken from a different angle". Two different photos of the same subject taken from different angle and put into an animation have as result a little movie of the subject. NOTHING ELSE. The evidence: The photos above are taken EVEN from different sources. From that page

I'd say not - it's just seeming that way as he's opening his mouth. Besides, if it was doctored, surely they would have doctored his nose too?

When one smiles opening mouth his chin grows because muscles compression. Try by yourself against a mirror.
