Just been looking at james-paul-mccartney.5u.com/show-case.html and I noticed one major thing. Faul has much longer fingers than Paul, and they are much slimmer and more tapered. I don't really understand how THAT has gone unnoticed, especially by other musicians. Faul has what are commonly known as "pianist's hands", and are far moe elgant. Paul's, on the other hand, look a little on the stubby, chubby side.

What I actually meant was that in relation to the length of the back of his palm, was that the fingers were longer. The ratio of the distance from knuckle to first finger joint is longer on Faul's hands than Paul's.
If that makes any sense at all...

Yes, in a proportional meaning, Faul's fingers are longer in comparisone with his palm.
