I can't figure it out...it might be backwards, I'm not sure (it's pretty faint).
I'm thinking it may be someone reminding Paul (or was it Faul at this point?) what to say (if you notice, it almost sounds like he's about to laugh).
It's right after Paul says "She feels good". So, about 1:26 into the song. *You might have to turn the volume up a lot to hear it and you may want to wear some really good headphones*
I'm wondering...was Revolver recorded before or after Paul's disappearance?

It was the last album before Paul died. A fitting title for it in retrospect. Revolver. Going from one McCartney to the next. (Insert Scatterdome's alternate theory here)

According to the Beatles Anomalies page, what you're hearing is John/George repeating the line "she feels good," which Paul finds amusing, hence his suppressed chuckle in the next line.

Not a waste of time at all, it's great you've got your ears open, so to speak. Keen ears are how great clues are discovered.

I mantioned this in another post.
There is a process called OOPS (Out of Phase Stereo) that can isolate vocals from instrumental tracks and it is surprising how different everything sounds. You might ask at the yahoo group beatlegs.
