I was watching Penny Lane and when I came across this: At 2:18, Faul is sitting. There are two glasses in front of him. He grabs one of the glasses with his RIGHT hand. Unfortunately it's not so clear to see cause right after he grabs the glass, a horse and John cover Faul... Clip: tpiproductions.port5.com/pennylane.avi

It's already been ascertained that Paul used his right hand for easy tasks. Such as drinking & smoking. So, that negates that as a valid clue. HOWEVER - the fact that Bill has TWO glasses in front of him sounds like a planted clue to me

Yes, two water glasses at one place setting--on purpose. I am a decided right hander, but, like many, I brush my teeth with the left hand, carry things under my arms with my left arm, always put the phone up to my left ear, several mundane things I do with the left side. Does this make me bi? Don't answer that question.

I just had a question about the whole using his right hand to drink out of the glass thing. Was it on his right side or his left? I know that he used his right hand for simple things, like drinking, but if it was on his left side, or if his left hand was free, and he didn't use his left hand, then he might not have been left handed. I'm left handed myself, and I do use my right hand for drinking, but only if it isn't convenient for me to use my left hand. Even if the glass is on my right side, I normally use my left hand anyways, unless I'm using it for something else. So if his left hand was unoccupied, and he still used his right hand, then maybe he wasn't really lefthanded.

I think it is more a matter of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is supposed to be doing, but the two glasses and "Faul" reaching for the right one may be a clue to make you think that he's the real James Paul but in fact he isn't? Does that make any sense?

Paul threw with his left, I can say that pretty certainly. If you have the "Beatles 1st US Visit" on DVD, he throws a crumpled up piece of paper in the trash, and something into the ocean out the window at the Miami hotel, both left handed. (for what it's worth)
