Actually, it really could be another clue. King Louis XIV of France was known as the Sun King, and the rather famous third novel of the "Three Musketeers" series, "The Man In The Iron Mask," detailed a plot that replaced the original Louis XIV with a double. Bear in mind that at one time the Beatles were approached to possibly film the "Three Musketeers" and "Four Musketeers" that were eventually released in the mid-seventies, directed by "Hard Day's Night" and "Help!" director Dick Lester.
