The second video from Give My Regards to Broad Street, William is the man in black shirt with white hair and glasses. That's why he gestures to the old man, but says it to Faul. What is odd, is why doesn't the old man have an instant reaction when he hears his own name?
The first video, from 1973 James Paul McCartney TV special, the old woman is blatantly saying "Hello Milly". Who is Milly? Paul McCartney's aunt. Milly married Albert Kendall, who the song "Uncle Albert" is based on, performed in this very special.
Both videos can be explained away.
