I was waiting patiently for Coast to Coast to begin on my local radio dial, which happens like clockwork EVERYDAY. The station I listen to, KSRO, presented...not George Noory, but DEAD AIR! If this subject was anything else than what it is, I wouldn't have thought twice, even though dead air is a big no-no in the radio world. But no, this was THE show about PID, and instead of the show, dead air, then the station repeated the Larry King Live show, already aired earlier in the day.
This makes one wonder: Is this happening everywhere, or just my station? If not everywhere, which program directors are "deciding" (under pressure) to forgo the usual programing. I am rather curious... Onlooker

Thanks, xpt626! I just wonder, though...that in the years I've (occasionally) tuned in to C2C, this has never happened, coming through the local station. Considering Clear Channel owns the airwaves, and that same Clear Channel hosted the Paul McCartney Back in the US tour... Well, just speculation. O

Yep, it should start just after the commercial break I'm hearing now. Let me ask you onlooker, what state/city are you listening from? Y'know, a lot of DJs were pulled off the air in the '60s for discussing this topic, and they didn't have anywhere near the evidence we have now. I have this feeling that after this show the story will spread beyond the conspiracy community by word of mouth and they won't be able to stop it this time.
I'm asking if anybody would be so kind as to copy the contents of my site to their hard-drive just in case they take legal action to shut me down, then people can begin posting it anonymously and it will be beyond my control. Don't let them stop us this time!

Patterson refers to it as an "urban myth" right out the gate.

Patterson is making more points than he knows about the Beatles being a nice distraction after the JFK-kill.
MK, baby. MK.
Keep us updated on KSRO -- to be fair, I think this may be a week for a number of stations to be reshuffling their schedules.

They're getting into the discussion of whether he really could be dead now. If they mention my site, that's all we need.

UK, Norry just plugged your site, or at least read the title, in the 20 seconds of show they just did in the middle of eight minutes of commercials.

Getting into the "economic" motivation -- I doubt they'll get into the intel agency/ mind control aspect. . .
Did he get the chronology of the Revolver release wrong?
Patterson claims a Nov 9 accident was "documented in several books."
Then he claims the "Oldies" album was a UK release -- wasn't this released to all the Fan Club members in the US?
Throwaway anecdote on someone approaching him offering to sell a canceled check from McCartney to an auto body shop -- lets it drop, doesn't say if he bought the check, authenticated it, or anything.
Babble about Campbell . . .
Now some info on the Trudy voice prints, that's good.
"I love the legend" "myth or legend"
Norry asks about UK's site! "No doubt in my mind we're looking at two different people" says Norry.

Now Patterson claims a "friend trained in forensics" for a "major bureau of investigation" went to the UK site(s) -- will be posted on the Patterson site --
keeps saying UK work is "fabulous" -- setting up for a fall --
Yep! "Different angles" BS.
Blames "muscle"
"Different expression"
blah blah blah -- notice NOT REFERRING TO ANY SPECIFIC PHOTO COMPARISONS --
says eye color doesn't count
says ears don't matter
photos no good in court
--- totally offpoint and evasive response.

BUT, at the end of Patterson reading the statement, Norry said "so what he's saying is, he doesn't know." and Patterson had to agree

As long as it gets the hits coming in people can see for themselves. I thought Patterson's "friend" went to unnessasary lengths to try and downplay the site. I do not use photos with extreme expressions. I do not use photos from radically different angles. You can see from the references that Paul's photos SHOULD match in at least basic orientation of features.

Yep. You have obviously made a significant impact with your site, Uberkinder, to the point that this assclown Patterson will be going to the lengths of posting that pisspoor rebuttal to his own site . . .
I wonder if they'll get into the 60IF story at all.

Post by TotalInformation on Aug 19, 2003 7:15:34 GMT
Here we go! Patterson just called it "60IS."
Now he's insisting publishers would "love" to publish the story breaking the truth that Paul is dead -- ludicrous. Large publishers refuse to publish books for political reasons all the time.
