I just listened to the 1966 Christmas record, and I did not here a voice that was obviously Paul's, or any voice that was trying to imitate Paul. Has anyone reached the same conclusion regarding this, as it can be a little hard to tell during some moments. Could this be another piece of the puzzle to add to the Paul is dead suspicion?

Around time 3' 06" in the record a voice says (something like) this: "Punji the bear and Jasper were huddled around the unlit fire in the center of the room" (etc...) The narrator part of this sequence is clearly Paul's voice, mingled with impersonations of John and George. Around 4'.01" a voice says: "In the long dark corridors of Felpin(?) mansions, a door slams. And the shadowy figure of count Boulder appears" (etc) This voice is Paul's too. He might not sound the same as in his "interview speaking" voice since he is clearly acting the 'suspense' of this story. But he's there alright

Thanks Mr. Vanderbuilt. Since you mentioned it, the line at the time of 3:06 does sound like Paul (I thought it was probably George when I listend to it earlier). Also the high voice saying phrases like "there's no more paper to write on Punji" sounds like it could be Paul. The voice at around 4:01 does not obviously sound like Paul's voice to me though, but your ears may be more sensitive to picking up Paul's voice than mine are.
Oh well, never mind then.
