"Addendum: Sir James Paul McCartney did not die assassinated; he died by a spasm because he suffered from a rare disease of which he had continuous need of medication to keep under control."
What is the name for this disease?

I'm not sure if IBS was used here (in reference to Paul, not specifically by LongJohn) as a generic term -- IBS, colitis, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's Disease are all "cousins".
