Hi, I'm new to this subject, so apologies if I am repeating something that has already been addressed. I didn't find any mention of it in the FAQ or elsewhere in forum. Did Paul make an appearance in "Magical Mystery Tour" in two scenes. Is it possible these were filmed before his disappearance and subsequent reports of how the film came to be are false? 1. The footage of Faul by the beach in a black overcoat at approx 7 mins into the film is interspersed with a shot of Paul standing and looking into the distance... 2. There are two scenes containing the "four or five" magicians. Faul takes part in the first scene, 20 minutes into the film. In the second scene, 42 mins into the film, John says his sugar line twice. Clue? Paul then repeats a line Faul said in the first scene... Am I mistaken or are these valid observations?

It's all Faul in that movie.
Paul and Faul looked basically the same but one obvious difference is that Paul has a round face and Faul has a long and/or oval face. Look for that and you'll be able to tell the difference most of the time.

Hi surfer! And the noses are different too - Faul's is more pointed.

surfer: [glow=red,2,300]WELCOME!!![/glow] Congratulations, really! Those were EXACTLY my observations the first time I saw MMT. The answer? Both Faul. But the in the first frame we have THE BEST James Paul's resemblance that Faul ever performed! (soon after the second set of palstic surgery!) From that angle of view Faul has the best effect. The mistaken? The rubber ear.
